2. Hosting by Framer
This website is delivered through Framer. When a page is requested, technically necessary data such as the IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer, browser, and device information may be processed in server logs. Processing supports secure, stable, and efficient delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where Framer acts as a processor, processing is governed by Article 28 GDPR. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the available legal safeguards, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
3. Framer Analytics
Framer Analytics is intended for audience measurement. Usage information such as page views, source, approximate region, device category, and technical events may be evaluated. Where this involves non-essential storage or access to a visitor’s device, analytics is activated only after consent. The legal bases are Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
4. Cookies and consent
Technically necessary storage may be used where required for operation, security, or remembering your choice. Non-essential cookies, comparable technologies, and tracking services are activated only after explicit consent. You may accept, reject, or later change your selection through the cookie settings. Rejecting optional tracking does not affect the essential use of the website.

When you contact me by email or phone, I process your information to answer the request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when the purpose ends unless statutory retention duties apply.
6. Retention
Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for its purpose. Statutory retention requirements remain unaffected. Security and server logs are deleted or anonymized after the technically or legally required period.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. In Bavaria, the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) is a relevant authority.
8. Security and updates
This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Technical and organizational measures are applied according to risk. This policy will be updated when the website, services, or legal requirements change.
